Statutory warranty Trust and GXTrust
All products are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with the laws of the country of purchase. This warranty provides consumers with protection against defects for the duration prescribed by local regulations. In the event of a defect, please return the product to the original place of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Extended warranty Trust terms and conditions
Definitions:
Consumer: any natural person, not working in business or profession, also referred to as “you”.
Trust: Trust International B.V. registered at Laan van Barcelona 600 (3317 DD) Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
Product: ‘Trust’ branded products, except for powerbanks, batteries, UPS power products and GXTrust products.
Extended warranty: warranty period that starts after statutory warranty term has expired.
- The Product should been purchased after 1, September 2024
- To process returns or exchanges, customers are requested to provide an invoice or purchase receipt.
- In case of a defect of the Product, please contact Trust Customer Services via: https://support.trust.com/.
- During the extended warranty period Trust could offer the Consumer repair or replacement (of new spare parts) of the Product, to be determined by Trust. If repair or replacement is not possible, Trust has the right to offer an alternative Product
- The Extended warranty will be eligible after the statutory warranty expires (see table below, subject to changes in national/EU legislation), but in no event longer than 5 years after the date of purchase of the Product

Exclusions Extended warranty
The Extended warranty will not apply in case the defect is the result of damage caused by: opening the Product, accidents or disasters (i.e. fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft), physical damage, not normal use (misuse), modification, repair by unauthorised persons (and/or replacement not original spare parts), normal wear and tear, external factors, carelessness and using the Product for other purpose than its intended use, incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements. Accessories such as batteries and fuses are excluded from the Extended warranty.
- If the item number has been changed or is unreadable, the Extended warranty will be void.
- In no event shall Trust be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages, arising out of the use of its Product.
- The Extended warranty cannot be transferred from the original buyer to any third person/party.
